通年講義である、経済法についてです。テキストには、『独禁法講義〔第五版〕』を用います。

▼Ⅰ 違反要件総論
（違反要件序論、弊害要件総論、行為類型ごとの行為要件と弊害要件、違反要件の諸問題、不正手段）
▼Ⅱ 日本法の条文に則した違反要件論
（不当な取引制限、私的独占、不公正な取引方法、事業者団体規制、企業結合規制、例外的な違反類型、適用除外）
▼Ⅲ 日本法におけるエンフォースメント
（刑罰、公取委による事件処理、民事訴訟、国際事件と独禁法）
▼終章
▽１年をかけて、しっかりテキストを体得します。副読本としては『独禁法事例の勘所』（第二版）を使用します。
▽昨年度はGoogle/Yahoo!
Japan等も扱いましたが、最新のケースに実際に取り組むことで、“体得”をめざします。
